CLOSE ALBANY, N.Y. - The blue "I Love NY" road signs that line highways across New York will soon come down, state officials say. Gov. Andrew Cuomo's top transportation officials announced Friday evening the state would soon remove the signs, which have been at the center of a bitter, years-long feud between the federal government over their safety and legality.
